The Old Crops addon brings 9 new plants for farming to Minecraft PE (Bedrock), along with 2 types of tools that enhance planting and cultivation, making them highly valuable for in-game farmers.
Features of the New Crops Mod:
- All plant seeds in this mod can be obtained with a small chance by simply breaking the plants.
- The new plants will have 4 growth stages, and some can be transformed into golden variants that provide effects when consumed.
- The tools added by this mod can be used on both new and pre-existing crops in Minecraft.
Added Plants:
The following crops are introduced by the harvest addon for Minecraft Bedrock, all of which are edible and restore hunger:
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Chili
- Corn
- Cucumber
- Grapes
- Onion
- Strawberry
- Tomato
- Farming Tools:
These tools are very effective and useful for convenient planting, harvesting, and accelerating the growth of all types of plants in MCPE.
Each tool has different crafting versions, varying in efficiency and range.
Watering Can:
The watering can helps speed up crop growth similarly to regular bone meal. Its area of effect varies based on the crafting material: copper (1×1), iron (3×3), gold (5×5), diamond (7×7), and netherite (9×9).
To fill the watering can with water, enter a water block while holding it.
- Sickle:
The sickle is useful for quickly planting crops immediately after harvesting them. Its area of effect varies by crafting material: wood (1×1), stone (3×3 cross), gold (3×3 cross), iron (3×3), diamond (5×5), and netherite (7×7).
Note that you must interact with the crop using the sickle to collect and plant it simultaneously, rather than breaking the plant.
