AI Players addon 1.26+

AI Players adds intelligent NPCs called Echo Players to Minecraft PE (Bedrock Edition). These characters imitate real players by gathering resources, building shelters, farming, exploring, and fighting hostile mobs. They make single-player survival feel more like an active multiplayer world.

AI Players Features

Echo Players respond to their surroundings and follow a day-and-night routine. They can perform different jobs depending on the tools you give them, allowing you to automate basic survival tasks and recruit companions for your adventures.

The addon requires Beta APIs to be enabled in the world settings.

How to Create Echo Players

To summon an Echo Player, you need a Player Head and a special block called the Player Summoner.

Cursed Helmet and Player Head

Craft and equip the Cursed Helmet. When its wearer dies, a Player Head drops and can be used to create an NPC. The summoned Echo inherits the corresponding player’s skin.

Player Summoner

Craft the Player Summoner and place the collected head inside it. After a short wait, a new Echo Player will appear in your world, ready to take on tasks.

Professions and Tasks

Echo Players choose their activities based on the tool they receive.

• Lumberjack: Give an Echo an axe to make it chop nearby trees, collect wood, and replant saplings.
• Miner: A pickaxe turns the NPC into a miner that explores underground, digs tunnels, and gathers ores such as coal and iron.

• Farmer: With a hoe, an Echo can tend crops, harvest mature plants, and replant farmland.
• Hunter and Defender: Give an Echo a sword to help it hunt animals for food or fight hostile mobs around a designated area.

Collected resources are stored in the NPC’s inventory, allowing Echo Players to contribute directly to your survival progress.

Daily Routine and Building

Echo Players do more than complete assigned jobs. When darkness falls, they look for safe places to spend the night and may build simple shelters when necessary. If an available bed is nearby, they can use it to sleep.

These behaviors make the NPCs feel more independent and give your world a more populated atmosphere.

AI Players turns an ordinary survival world into a place where AI-controlled companions gather materials, maintain farms, defend against monsters, and help you develop your base.
