The Droplight addon is an exceptionally flexible tool designed to add a visual uniqueness to any item in Minecraft PE by giving it a beacon-like display when dropped on the ground.

To ensure this item rarity mod functions correctly in MCPE, you need to enable experimental features and Beta API. The flexibility of this mod lies in its extensive customization options, allowing you to set between 1 and 7 unique colors and even assign custom sounds to items. Here, we’ll focus on its main function.
- How to Use the Item Rarity Mod:
After installing the mod for the first time, grant yourself permissions by typing the command /tag @s add admin in the Minecraft Bedrock chat.
- Setting Item Rarity:
Open the mod menu with the !dp command in the chat and select the “Add” section. Enter the item ID from Minecraft Pocket Edition, such as minecraft:coal, and choose the rarity level:
- Rarity Levels:
There are 7 rarity levels: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical, and Exotic.
- Rarity Display in the World:
A custom rarity light color will display for configured items each time they are dropped on the ground, including loot from mobs.
- Additional Settings:
The modification includes numerous additional settings that can be applied to items or further alter the addon’s functions. This can be particularly useful for server developers. You can explore the full list of additional parameters within your world.
