When surviving alone in Minecraft, it often happens that sadness and loneliness creep in, which is why players prefer to live near villages or tame pets. The game doesn’t offer a wide variety of choices in this aspect, but the DomesticPets addon changes that!

By installing this addon, new creatures, pets, and food will be introduced into the game. Each of them has its unique characteristics, and most can be tamed to assist players in their survival.

Capybaras:

Found in jungles
Multiple variants available
Can be bred and tamed with grass, flowers, and seagrass
Able to swim
10 different mood variations

Cockatoos:
Found in jungles
Able to fly
Several species available
Tamed with sunflower seeds
Tamed by playing music discs
Can be bred using Pumpkin Pie

Lovebirds:
Found in meadows
Tamed with apples
Grant a regeneration aura when paired (2 lovebirds)
Bred with sunflower seeds

Long-tailed Parrots:
Found in forests
Tamed with sunflower seeds
Several species available

Geckos:
Found in deserts
Tamed and bred with spider eyes
Multiple variations available
Engage in combat with spiders
Able to play dead and drop tails

Turtles:
Found in rivers
Tamed with fish food
Hunt fish and bring back loot

Goldfish:
Found in jungles
Can be traded for food

Fighting Fish:
Found in rivers
Engage in fights with each other
Can be healed by feeding them

Chinchillas:
