Origins Mod for Minecraft PE (Bedrock) is a port of the popular Java Edition mod that adds a completely new way to play survival. Instead of starting as a regular player, you can choose an origin that grants special abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, making each playthrough unique and fun.

Origins Mod Features

The main highlight of this addon is its clean and stylish ability selection interface. At the start of the world, you choose your origin through a visual menu with arrows and a Select button. Each origin dramatically changes how you interact with the world in Minecraft PE.

If you want to change your origin during gameplay, simply use a special Origin Orb, which allows you to reselect your abilities at any time.

Available Origins and Abilities

Human

A balanced origin with no special bonuses or penalties. Perfect for classic survival gameplay.

Arachnid

You can climb walls and trap enemies with cobwebs. To stick to walls, just crouch. You also have night vision.
Downsides: You can only eat meat, have only 3 hearts, and are very fragile.

Avian (Bird)

You fall slowly from heights, move faster, and can lay eggs in the morning.
To sleep, your bed must be placed at Y-level 86 or higher, just like a bird living above the ground.
Diet: Vegetables only.

Blazeborn

You are immune to fire and lava. When burning, you deal extra damage to enemies.
You are also immune to poison and hunger effects.
Weakness: Water is deadly to you.

Elytrian

You can fly naturally without wearing Elytra. Every 20 seconds, you can launch yourself upward about 20 blocks.
While flying, you deal increased damage.
Limitations: You cannot wear armor, take more fall damage, and receive Slowness when flying under low ceilings.

Enderian

You can teleport like an Enderman and are taller than normal players.
You have 2 extra hearts.
Weakness: Water damages you.

Feline (Cat)

Creepers are afraid of you. You have increased agility, no fall damage, and night vision.
Health: Only 9 hearts.

Merling

A true ocean dweller. You swim much faster underwater.
Weakness: You cannot survive on land for long and need water to live.

Phantom

You can switch between normal form and phantom form by crouching.
In phantom form, you can pass through solid blocks (except obsidian), become invisible, and burn in daylight.
Health penalty: You have 3 fewer hearts than humans.

Shulker

Your skin acts like a shell, and you gain 9 extra inventory slots.
To access them, look down and interact with the ground.
Downside: You get hungry much faster than other origins.
