Nico’s Cave Expansion mod

Nico’s Cave Expansion makes cave exploration far more exciting by adding new underground biomes and unique mobs that live inside them. Instead of empty and repetitive caves, you will now discover glowing environments filled with life and danger.

This add-on is perfect for survival players who love adventure and exploration. You can also invite your friends and explore these new caves together in multiplayer.

New Cave Biomes

All caves added by this mod have a glowing, atmospheric look, making them visually stunning and easy to recognize.
Currently, the add-on introduces two different cave biomes, each with its own style and creatures.

New Cave Mobs

Each mob is biome-themed, meaning it only appears in specific cave environments.

Mossy Shroom

A wild creature that can be tamed using Azalea.
It sleeps during the day.

Myceling

A peaceful mob that eats berries and vegetables.

Mossy Skeleton

A hostile mob that also sleeps during the day and becomes active at night.
