Minecraft PE 1.26.50.27 [Beta version]

Minecraft PE 26.50.27 is a new Beta and Preview build for Bedrock Edition, released on August 25, 2026. This version is a small follow-up update focused on fixing existing problems and improving the stability of features from the third game drop of 2026.

Main Changes

The update corrects several technical issues affecting blocks, commands, graphics, the interface, custom dimensions, and creator tools.

One notable fix restores the ability of Comparators to read container inventories through Honey Blocks and Chains. This behavior was reverted after changes related to cushions affected existing player creations.

The build also improves Vibrant Visuals compatibility with Education features and fixes several graphical and interface issues. Custom dimensions can once again use the full -512 to 512 block height range instead of being restricted to standard Overworld limits.

Technical Improvements

For creators, the update introduces additional tools and API changes, including improvements for custom block inventories, points of interest, projectiles, and scripting. A new /locate poi command can be used to find registered points of interest by type or tag.
