Enhanced FX Texture Pack
Download Download
Enhanced FX is a massive visual upgrade pack that refreshes almost every element of Minecraft PE without breaking its vanilla charm. Instead of redesigning the game, it enhances it — adding new animations, refined particle effects, mob damage textures, detailed food tooltips, glowing eyes, and a collection of fun Easter eggs.
Core Features of Enhanced FX
A Better Vanilla Experience
The pack does not require experimental features and focuses entirely on visual quality. From glowing creeper eyes to improved thunder sounds and dozens of fixed animations, Enhanced FX makes the world feel more alive and immersive.
- New Animations & Fixes
- Lifelike Idle Animations

Over 30 mobs now move naturally instead of standing completely still. Villagers, witches, iron golems, llamas, pigs, cows, wolves, ocelots, and many others have new idle swaying animations — making villages, barns, and forests feel far more dynamic.
Bug Fixes and Animation Improvements
- The pack corrects numerous long-standing animation issues:
- The Ender Dragon now has smooth, symmetrical wing movement.
- Iron Golems walk at the correct speed and animate properly.
- The Warden and Ravager fully play their attack animations.
- Endermen shake with rage, skeletons draw their bowstring, and pigs now have adorable hanging ears similar to piglins.

Combat Visual Feedback
Mob Damage Textures
Many mobs now visibly take damage, similar to iron golems. Skeletons crack when weakened, helping you estimate remaining health during combat.
Low-Health Indicators
Pets and friendly mobs flash white when their HP drops below half — flashing faster as their health gets lower. Mobs with glowing eyes (like piglins) lose brightness as they take damage.
New Damage Particles
- Different mobs emit unique particles when hurt:
- Skeletons: bone fragments
- Chickens: feathers
- End mobs (shulkers, endermen): portal particles

These small details make battles far more cinematic.
Glowing Eyes
Many hostile mobs now have glowing eyes that stand out in caves and at night. Creepers glow in the dark, and charged creepers even change eye color — a great warning system for dangerous encounters.

Quality-of-Life Enhancements & Easter Eggs
Food Information Tooltips
Hovering over any food item now displays:
- Hunger restored
- Saturation
- Any status effects and duration

This eliminates guesswork and is extremely useful in survival mode.
Atmospheric Weather Effects
Weather becomes more realistic with softer rain and snow textures, along with improved distant thunder sounds.
Players wearing diamond or gold armor now emit shimmering particles, and sleeping characters display animated “Zzz” symbols.
Name Tag Easter Eggs (14 Total)
The pack includes multiple fun secrets triggered by renaming mobs:
- “Technoblade” → Pig gains a crown
- “Illusioner” → Evoker transforms into the Illusioner variant with matching sounds
- “Grim” → Wolf becomes a skeletal wolf

There are many more hidden surprises to discover simply by experimenting with name tags.
Additional Fun Details
Alongside major features, the pack adds charming small touches — for example, the gem on a witch’s hat now glows in the dark, and several mobs have subtle visual upgrades that enrich the vanilla feel without disrupting it.
