Narrative:
A lethal virus has infiltrated the blocky realm, leading to instantaneous demise for some mobs like creepers and skeletons, while others have transformed into the realm of the undead. Every entity now undergoes a transformation into a zombie. These mobs exhibit distinct attributes and appearances. Nevertheless, eluding each of them is imperative.

Survivors, akin to yourself, also traverse this world. Their battles against the zombies are relentless, and in return, the zombies relentlessly assault them. Within safe zones, negotiations are plausible, yet vigilance is paramount. The airborne virus implies that an NPC can transmute into a zombie at any given moment.

Zombie Dynamics:

Post demise, zombies undergo a shift into deceased zombies. Subsequently, they undergo a three-stage decomposition process. The initial stage spans a mere 15 seconds, during which organ collection is feasible with a cutting knife.

The second stage persists, allowing for an augmented organ harvest.

In the third stage, the zombie transforms into a skeleton. At this juncture, infection-prone bones can be procured using a cleaver until the corpse vanishes. Moreover, in this stage, the corpse succumbs to sunlight-induced combustion.

Antidote:

Fortuitously, acquiring the Zombie Heart from their remains is plausible. The ensuing step encompasses vaccine preparation. Empty vials are procurable from scientists, which can be infused with Zombie Heart blood as per the provided recipe.

Subsequently, the scientist provides an antidote, which, when combined with zombie blood, culminates in the creation of an Antidote.

The concoction is then introduced into the Potions Mixer (located within medical chests).

The resultant antidote can be administered to NPCs or animals, fostering a comprehensive sanctuary. Mobs remain immune to infection. Applying Tobleron (chocolate) to NPCs yields virus-immune offspring.
