Minecraft PE 1.19.50.21 [Beta version]

A test edition of Minecraft PE 1.19.50.21 has recently been made available for Android users. This release introduces several notable additions such as Camels, Bamboo Blocks and Slabs, and Hanging Signs.

Despite the version number remaining as 19, this update essentially encompasses content from Minecraft 1.20. The developers skillfully integrated new features, some of which we have already examined in detail.

Bamboo can now be used to create full blocks. Here are more details:

All standard wooden blocks can be made from bamboo (Planks, Doors, Trapdoors, etc.).
Two variants of slabs have been added: regular and with a chest.

Camel
A new desert inhabitant with the following features:

Basic animal behavior has been implemented.
Camels can perform a quick lunge.
They occasionally sit down to rest.
Can be found in Desert Villages.
Monsters cannot reach players riding camels with melee attacks.

Introducing a revolutionary interactive shelf with the following key features:

Constructed using 6 Wooden Planks and 3 Wooden Slabs.
Capable of storing and retrieving up to 6 books.
The shelf can be connected to a Comparator to detect a redstone signal.

In addition, a novel type of hanging sign has been developed, which offers the following details:

It can be positioned sideways or placed beneath a block.
Various designs can be created to suit individual preferences.
Equipped with a user-friendly text creation interface.
Please note that all the aforementioned features can only be accessed when Experimental Gameplay is enabled. Remember to toggle the slider accordingly.

Regarding version parity updates, several adjustments have been made to align Bedrock with Java. Here’s a summary:

Baby villagers now exhibit increased speed during games.
Updated sounds for Doors and Trapdoors.
Enhanced sound effects for Buttons.
Improved audio feedback for Netherite and Crimson blocks.

Eight bugs have been fixed. Here are some noteworthy points:

Attack and interaction buttons now work without delay.
Crossbow shooting is now instantaneous.
Automatic sprinting with the joystick functions correctly.
Items now move properly in the inventory when using the Anvil.
Keyboard coordinate copying functions correctly.
The game no longer freezes during world loading after teleportation.

Fifteen technical changes have been implemented, all of which pertain to the technical aspects of the game.
