Download Minecraft PE 1.16 for Android
One of the most anticipated updates in the world of Minecraft was the update of Minecraft Bedrock 1.16. In the current article, we are going to tell you about the last big update that gave this game tons of different innovations and content which are already available in the world that everyone enjoys playing in. To date, the Mojang developers are working on improving the upcoming global update Minecraft Pocket Edition 1.17, as well as the issue of parity between the version for mobile devices of the game and the Computer version of the game, Minecraft Java.
The well-known version of MCPE 1.16 was named the Nether Update, since the Nether world looks like a hellish dimension like a huge cave, with hostile mobs, full of different biomes consisting of different blocks, objects, lava, and new items. Also, various environmental effects and sounds have been added to Nether World. This dimension received a big update and new unique content since this place was not updated for quite a long time and it was not interesting for players. But already today, many players are exploring this dimension by spending hours of their time. The nether world has a fairly large number of interesting content and can interest any player who likes exciting adventures. Let’s take a closer look at this update with you below.
Minecraft PE 1.16 Features
One of the main features of the current update is the different types of mobs that thousands of players have been eagerly awaiting after Mojang announced and presented Minecraft to the community of different monsters that will be added to the game world.
We would like to pay your attention to Piglin which is one of the new hostile mob. This monster is indifferent to the players, but they are not always so, only if the player is using armor that made of gold. These monsters will be passive towards players and will have the properties to exchange various items. Since they are big fans of gold, players can distract their attention by throwing a gold bar aside. Otherwise, without gold or gold armor, the creature will become aggressive and start attacking you. This monster has the head of a pig and the body of a human.
Piglins are creatures that are able to spawn only in the Nether world. As it was adverted above, these monsters are big fans of gold, but you should not hit Piglin, to the contrary, you will be attacked by this mob, and even your armor made of gold will not help you avoid the battle.
If you are definitely confident in your abilities and have enough experience to fight without preparation, then you can easily start a fight with these creatures. Piglins spawn with several types of weapons, either with crossbows and swords. They are hostile not only towards players without gold armor but also towards Wither Skeletons and Hoglins. Interesting to admit that if this mob gets through the portal into the normal dimension like Overworld, it will be transformed into Zombie Pigman.
Also, in the Nether world, Piglins have their own territory, which can be not only some kind of empty location but also certain structures with different loot that is placed in the chests. Piglins have the opportunity to open closed doors.
The other mobs that we have mentioned before are Hoglins. These monsters are very similar to usual boars. An interesting fact for those players who did not hear this information before as introducing a new Minecraft habitant to the community, the Mojang developers conducted a small survey in which they wanted to choose how to name this mob and among all the proposed funny names, the name such as Hoglin was chosen as the final one. This is a short piece of information for those fans of Minecraft who were wondering why this mob was called like that. These monsters can spawn in the same dimension just like Piglins, namely in the Nether.
These mobs appear and used to live only in groups, they are also very dangerous and aggressive at close range and easily can attack if the player reaches them in close distance. By killing this animal, the player can get useful resources, namely leather and raw pork. It is recommended to breed this animal during survival. This will be useful for the players as a source of food, for this, you need to use crimson fungus.
The next no less interesting mob is Strider! This is a wonderful mob with a big head and small legs. At the time of the announcement, the players did not have any detailed information about these creatures at all, but now we have all the information we need! These are neutral mobs that at the time of release existed only in the Java version of the Minecraft game. These mobs can be useful to players if they urgently need to cross the lava. Striders can breed with warped fungi. On land, these mobs are quite slow, which cannot be said about lava, where they are significantly fast. Tame these wonderful creatures and travel the Nether world in comfort.
Now let’s talk about the materials that players need to survive in the updated dimension, namely ore.
A new unique ore was added to the world of Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which became a great competitor to diamond ore and took first place in strength and efficiency. This ore is called Netherite. In order for the player to receive this type of ore, you must first acquire such a tool as a diamond pickaxe.
Attention: Please note that if dropped ore during mining touches another ore, it will disappear.
Take Ancient Debris ore and smelt it to get a material called Netherite Scraps. Players must use Netherite Scraps and gold bars to end up with Netherite blocks. See below for crafting recipes:
Important: Please note that players can only use the new type of ore with Diamond. Players cannot use this content separately. All items to which the new ore has been applied will be stronger. The main unique feature of this material is that it does not burn in lava. Below you may find a recipe:
In this update, not only ore and mobs deserve your attention, but also new biomes!
The updated Nether world will add three new biomes, such as the Crimson Forest, Warped Forest, and Valley of the Sands of Souls.
Nether type of forests
Crimson is one of the mysterious new biomes that you can find in the Nether world. This biome is mainly made up of crimson blocks. Also in the new biome, a large number of structures are generated, such as huge fungi. The Crimson Forest spawns many new and varied structures, from fungi to exciting fortresses.
Warped is the second biome to be added to the Nether world. This biome is made up of blue-turquoise blocks. Also, the interesting biome has many interesting and unique structures.
And the last biome presented is the Valley of the Sands of Souls. This biome is a large cave made of sand and soil of soul blocks. A very fascinating place with many interesting structures and
